Specializations
Not every therapist will be great at everything. I specialize in the items below. Take a second to see if I might be right for your next step of bravery.

Relationship Issues
Relationships give us all meaning. And when they go poorly, the rest of our lives are impacted. I’m trained in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) which is a clinical theory that revolves around how power (or the lack thereof) can impact the way people are respected within our relationsihps. It’s not enough to be IN relationship if that relationship is dysfunctional and unhealthy. Learning how to be synchronized and on the same team - respected and together- will revolutionize the road ahead of you.

Trauma
Trauma bends our lens with how we see the world. Learning how to choose how we respond to the world after experiencing difficult pain isn’t something we can do easily. Thankfully, your trauma doesn’t have to be the main part of your story. I have been trained in EMDR and Brainspotting as both of these tools help the brain create space to create new responses and possibilities within your life. Without having all of the dimensions of our humanity- our bodies, our minds, our hearts, and our souls- change can feel impossible. These tools will help you take back choice within your life.

High Performing Anxiety and Depression
High Performing individuals are many times taught to veil and ignore the most basic parts of their humanity, which can build into internalized anxiety and depression, breeding years of resentment and contempt which add to the confusion and a lack of stability within their carefully constructed adult lives. Learning how to respect the hard won skills you have developed over time without letting them poison and corrupt the rest of your life is something I eagerly enjoy walking alongside. Let’s make sure that your high functioning skills aren’t actually keeping you isolated and separated from the life you long for.

Men's Issues
Thankfully, today men are allowed to get healthy. It’s been a long road of allowing men to be able to pursue wellness, in all the different capacities of their humanity. Being able to address past wounds, injuries, and validating those limitations appears in a variety of contexts- work, relationships, sexual wellness, and what it looks like to bravely walk into the future.
